First Visit

Dr. Fruce and his team are very thorough and, unlike a typical check up appointment that you may be used to, this appointment involves a thorough review of your dental and medical history, intraoral camera pictures and a full mouth series of x-rays. In addition Dr. Fruce will perform an oral cancer screening, smile and TMJ evaluation, which takes about an hour. Also, we will discuss any dental problems or concerns you may have and establish a comprehensive treatment plan that will be reviewed at the end of your visit. As well, you will have every opportunity to ask any questions so that you can feel comfortable making informed decisions regarding your treatment.

If you are a new patient to our office, the new patient forms contained on the previous page will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival.
